Description of Hoya de la Virgen
Our accommodation is within the Pozo Alcón area, which is a population with a lot of charm of those that form the province of Jaén.
This is a farm in which there are 2 homes, that can be rented separately, each of them for 4 people, or together, for a maximum of 8 people.
In this first home, which is in family style, you will have everything you need to enjoy the holidays in a functional space that is divided into 2 floors, in which you will find:
- a wide Office kitchen, that has an countertop in which the appliances and the outer are necessary to enjoy making the food. In the background there is a window that brings light to the stay. In parallel to the countertop, there is a bar in brick that will allow you to see what happens in the living room.
- The living room has a dining room, and is distributed in a couple of armchairs that look towards the firewood fireplace, embedded on the wall and next to the furniture that has the television. Behind, next to the ladder, is the wooden table with its set of chairs so you can eat together.
- In the top plant we have 4 double rooms. Of these, 2 have a bed of marriage with Nordic matches, and the another 2 have a couple of individuals separated by a wooden bedside table, and 2 windows that contribute a lot of light.
- 2 bathrooms complete in which the sanitary are necessary so that you can enjoy relaxing moments. We have towels.
Already in the external areas, the farm has shared spaces with the other house, that are distributed in:
- A front space to walk, to play, with soccer goals and children's leisure area, and to leave your vehicles.
- A landscaped zone, garden and barbecue to cook outdoors.
- 2 pools, of which one of them is for children, and are fenced to avoid mishaps.
