Hacienda San Felipe

This traditional establishment is eccoured on the outskirts of the Andalusian town of generates, in the province of Sevilla. This is a quiet town of 7000 inhabitants, very close to the Sierra Norte Sevillana.

Our accommodation offers 2 full houses that are rented in full by Seprado or joints. One of them is the work of the prestigious architect Aníbal González, author of the Plaza de España, among other great regionalist architecture works. This is Casa San Felipe that has a capacity for 20 people, distributing in:

• 3 triple rooms: These rooms have 3 individual beds, all with their own nightstand. The walls in white tones with tile soils ancient give a lot of elegance and recollection.

• 5 double bedrooms: Some of these inquistations have access to the terrace exterior. Within them we will have a conservative and traditional furniture with wood elements such as in the closet and the headboards of the beds.

• 3 rooms: are diaphanous spaces with large sofas where to relate and maintain a pleasant talk with our loved ones.

• a kitchen: broad, modern and functional: It has a witorfied, extractor on the island of the kitchen, wood finishes, reservoir soils of great elegance and wide windows Uqe fill everything with light.

• a dining room: has capacity for several people on a preserved wooden table with their matching chairs.

The other house corresponds to the garrotal, which has capacity for other 7 people that will have this flirtatious house, annexed to the first one that is composed of:

• a room with 2 individual beds where we will have various wooden elements such as the same straw of the beds, a night emsita, etc.

• A living room with natural furniture, perfectly combined with a flat atelevisision and a wide window overlooking the garden.

• A dining zone with a wide glass table, several chairs, an old chimney and mubels such as the shelf.

• A equipped kitchen

• A full bathroom

generates is a town in the northern part of the province of Seville (just 26 km from it), which has a population of some 7000 inhabitants, making it epueblo, despite being small, enjoy all the nearby services. Our house is a few minutes from the city center, in an isolated, rural area, where we can move to celebrate events such as weddings. 

This area runs the Guadiamar River, whose Natural intonro is preserved as centuries ago, so it offers a privileged area for the hiker, the cycling or aquatic activities such as kayak and canoeing. ideal to go with children because it is a traqnuilo intonro and not difficult.

Among its heritage, the former Roman Villa "El Esparragal", also highlights the Chapel of San Benito and the church of Purísima Concepción.
