Finca Vergel de Santa María

Our farm is located in the rural area of Écija, about 19 minutes by car from this city and one hour from the Andalusian capital. Its proximity to the Hornachuelos Natural Park makes these properties perfect for people who want to spend a few days away from routine and immersed in nature.
Our establishment is rented entirely, offering the main house and a second house to support the first. Therefore, the secondary home is not rented if the first one is not rented. It has a total capacity for 20 people: 14 in the main house and another 6 in the second. 
These are distributed in:

• 3 double rooms with a double bed with a very elegant decoration, high ceilings with white walls, furniture such as bedside tables, chests of drawers, an antique sink that is used today to deport flowers, lamps. All these elements accompany the sober and traditional tone of the house.

• 4 rooms with 2 single beds: Each of the beds is separated by a wooden nightstand and its respective lamp. It has large windows with views to the outside. The walls of the rooms are painted in such a way that the beds are in accordance and harmony with them, as is the rest of the ornamentation.

• 4 bathrooms with several sinks, where we will be provided with ammenities such as towels, hair dryer and other hygiene items

• A spacious kitchen with natural light with various appliances, ideal for preparing our favorite dishes. It has a small dining table.

• Adining room with a long tablewith several matching chairs.

• An elegant and very spacious living room where we will have several spaces: on the one hand, a rest area with several matching sofas and a low wooden table with glass finishes. A dining area with a large antique polished wooden table with chairs. 

Outside, guests will have at their disposal:

• Fenced pool with porch and surrounded by garden areas

• Several porches around the property with natural plants and picnic areas.

Cañada Rosal, the town where this splendid farm is located, is located about 78 kilometers from the city of Andalusia. To the north we will find the Sierra de Hornachuelos Natural Park, a point of diverse ecosystems with one of the Mediterranean forests best preserved in the entire Sierra Morena.
From here it is very easy to access:

• Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park: an area with important ecological points and that is home to an innumerable variety of birds, which is why it was declared aSpecial Protection Area for Birds

• Dehesas de Sierra Morena Biosphere Reserve: which is home to various specimens of flora and fauna such as otters, wolves or the Iberian lynx.
