Description of Finca Villarta Enoturismo
Our accommodation is within the Escalona area, a corner that belongs to the province of Toledo where you can enjoy a few calm days.
It is an unbeatable location, completely surrounded by the nature that leaves us the Sierra de Gredos and where you can contemplate the landscapes of the Alberche River.
As for the capacity of this house located within the farm, it is for a maximum of 15 people that they will be able to enjoy the following rooms, distributed on two floors. It can be rent from 1 to 8 people (two of them in supplementary beds), and in these cases only the first floor will open. from the 9 people and until 15, the complete house is opened (the price does not vary depending on the number of people who are).
In the first floor, we have:
- A large dining room, in which the rest area is located on the one hand with upholstered armchairs in which you can sit down and enjoy tranquility while watching the television of plasma in the heat of the firewood chimney that is found just in front. Next, we find a dining table in wood.
- A wide cuisine and elongated, which consists of a countertop elongated with several gray cabinets in which you can find the different elements of the Menage and also the appliances with which to cook as at home. In parallel there is a elongated bar with stools and in the background, a door with a terrace with views.
- 3 double bedrooms, distributed so that 2 of them have a marriage bed large, while in the third case, we have a couple of individual beds together. In 2 of the rooms, there is space to add a supplementary bed.

- 3 double bedrooms, distributed so that in each of them we have a couple of individual beds and in each one, there is also a room of full and private bathroom, with toilets and towels.
- an individual bedroom and in which we have the bed, next to a wooden table next. This bedroom has a private bathroom but abroad.

- A spacious porch
- A spectacular patio, equipped with table and chairs in addition to a barbecue so you can cook abroad.
- A imposing elongated pool in the center of the farm with a solarium in the background and several hammocks so you can also sunbat

The cast is 3 bedrooms on the first floor, with two independent bathrooms, large living room, kitchen and two terraces (in living room and kitchen). In the upper 4 bedrooms, three of them with bathroom. Some rooms give the wall where the industrial air conditioning engines are too noisy, so at night they generate noise, sometimes annoying.
If you leave with people with reduced mobility, it is not a good option since to access the house you have to climb a stairs plant. The ground floor does not correspond to the rental house. The barbecue is in the last ones, it seems that it will be disassembled at any time, they should change it.
