Our accommodation is in an unbeatable location , since it is located on the outskirts of the city of Ávila, so you will be able to enjoy the proximity.
It is an ideal accommodation so you can disconnect and enjoy the tranquility, taking advantage of how close it is to this beautiful monumental city.

As for the interior of the accommodation, it is a home for a group of 10 and up to a maximum of 12 people, who will be able to enjoy the following rooms, spread over 3 floors:
- A very spacious and bright dining room, in which we have on one side, a set of armchairs upholstered in light tones, facing the front where the plasma television is located. In the corner we find a wood-burning fireplace, and next to it, a wooden dining table, with its set of chairs.
- A spacious kitchen in which you will be able to enjoy a countertop in which you will find all the appliances, both large and small, with which you will be able to cook like at home, and where you will being able to enjoy the best views while you cook.
- 3 complete bathrooms, in which you will find a set of sanitary of which in 2 of these spaces we have a bathtub, while in the third there is a shower. We leave you several sets of towels. X
- 5 spacious double bedrooms, equipped in such a way that 4 of them have a double bed, while in the last bedroom we find a couple of single beds. They are spaces full of charm and very functional, which have bedding and furniture. X
- On the ground floor we have a cellar ideal for meetings, which has a large space in which there is also another fireplace.
In the exterior of the accommodation, we have:
- A wide and glazed porch, which has a wooden table and its set of chairs so you can enjoy pleasant moments while you see the exteriors.
- A huge garden where you will be able to walk, which has a barbecue so you can cook outside.
- A pool surrounded by hedges and green areas where you can take a nice swim.
