Our accommodation is located in a charming area in the Community of Madrid, as is the case of San Martín de Valdeiglesias.

- A spacious living-dining room,, in which we have, on the one hand, a dining area with a and white wooden table, in front of a rest area where we find a double sofa bed, in front of a spectacular pellet fireplace, and next to it, a plasma television. From here accesses the exterior.
- A spacious fully equipped kitchen, in which you will find 2 countertops with wooden cabinets, where the different elements of the kitchenware are distributed, as well as the electrical appliances necessary for cooking at home. Next to it, we have a wooden table with chairs.
- A complete bathroom, in which you will find a bathtub for which we will leave you some sets of towels, so that you have everything at your fingertips.
- 2 double bedrooms, equipped in such a way that one of them has a large double bed, while in the second case we have a pair of single beds.
- A leisure room on the ground floor where you will find, among other leisure elements, the ping-pong table.
Already in the outer , we have:
- A large terrace that has 12 square meters, where we have table and chairs, and some hammocks in addition to the best views of the San Juan Reservoir.
- A space where you will be able to park without problems and for free.
