Our rural house is located in the small town of La Corona de Perín, a very charming rural area very close to Cartagena.

The ranch has all kinds of services and comforts, and inside you will find 2 rural accommodations with a maximum occupancy of 10 people in each house, as well as a bungalow for up to 5 people and a rural pension for a maximum of 20 guests, making a total occupancy of up to 45 people.

Inside each rural house you can find:

• 3 bedrooms, two with two single beds, or one with a double bed. Two extra beds can be added to the bedrooms and there are two sofa beds in the living room. They all have air conditioning and heating and are equipped with everything you need, bed linen and towels. The views are very beautiful.

• The bathrooms are large with a bathtub or shower, towel rack, bidet and toilet. If you wish, we also offer the free service of bathroom and hairdryer bathroom items. There is a cleaning service.

• As for the main dining room of the hotel, it has multiple tables with 4 or 5 chairs to be able to enjoy the breakfast or meal services offered by the rural house throughout the year.

The bungalow has two bedrooms, one with two beds and one with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the small living room-kitchen.

The pension has several rooms, single, double and triple

Regarding the outdoor areas we highlight:

• The large, irregularly shaped swimming pool in the center of the plot has a spectacular decoration with palm trees on the sides and an artificial grass floor.

• Event rooms.

• In the western part of the garden is the porch in which all the events that take place there take place. It has a roof that covers the entire plot and in the northern part of the garden is the large stone fountain which is activated in the Summer.

We are located in the region of the western part of Cartagena, which offers a good itinerary to visit the beaches of El Portús, La Azohía, Mazarrón, La Manga and Cabo de Palos, Calblanque and among others.

You can do it during your stay:

• A visit to the Castillitos batgería, a very visited landmark.

• Visit the Roman Theater of Cartagena, in this theater you can discover the many pieces found during the famous excavation of Cartagena, and thousands of other emblematic monuments of Cartagena or the province of Murcia.

• If you prefer a beach, Cartagena is the municipality in Spain with the most kilometers of coastline. Go to Calblanque Beach to see the most beautiful beach in the Region, which is a Natural Park, Or visit the touristy La Manga Beach, which receives thousands of international tourists throughout the year, thanks to its crystalline waters.

• The option of hiking through the Region is quite common, and we also offer several activities with bicycles if you prefer.
