Our accommodation belongs to the province of Ávila, specifically to the area that belongs to the population of Muñopepe.

It is a space where our guests will be able to enjoy the natural areas that are spread around our property, and that provide a lot of comfort and tranquility.

In terms of capacity and distribution, it has a total of 2 floors and has space for a maximum of 6 people, who will enjoy the following rooms:

• An American kitchen that communicates with the dining room. The work area is occupied by a counter full of appliances and kitchenware that will make it easier for you to cook in peace. The American bar communicates with the dining room, which consists of a rectangular table with several chairs, next to a bay window with views of the Gredos mountain range.

• A living room in which the rest area is located, composed of several armchairs that face the window, next to which is the wood-burning fireplace, which is ideal for winter. As for the rest of the equipment, there is plasma television. Just behind this set is the staircase, which leads to a loft where there is a 1.35 bed.

• 2 complete bathrooms in which there are the sanitarys necessary for daily life, as well as the towel sets.

• 2 double bedrooms, of which 1 of them is composed of a double bed, and the second with 2 single beds of 0.90 that are dressed with nice bedding and are completed with functional furniture.

On the exterior, the space is divided into:

• A huge garden.

• On the porch you can sit and have everything you cook on the barbecue.

Our accommodation is located in the Muñopepe area, which is located within the province of Ávila.

It is a space in whichnature and green areas are distributed around the urban area, leaving a panorama that is worthy of a postcard.

To get to know all these spaces in depth, you just have to discover each of their corners through the different hiking and mountain routes that are spread throughout the space and that will show you the most pleasant endemic vegetation.

As for the urban area, which as we say is protected by the Gredos mountain range, you can find the following elements of artistic and cultural interest, such as:

• Theparish church.
• The Main Square.
