El Teñao

This charming rural house is located in Navamorisca, a small town belonging to the municipality of El Losar del Barco, province of Ávila.

You will rest surrounded by the tranquility of nature and the sound of silence and, in addition, you will be close to the city, since we are only 85 km from Ávila.

The house is newly built, but in its decoration efforts have been made to maintain the charm of rural environments, generating a warm and familiar atmosphere. 

The house is prepared for 8 guests, with:

• Living-dining room: in this comfortable space you will find several sofas located next to a pellet fireplace, to keep you warm in the winter seasons. In addition, there is a flat screen television.

• Complete kitchen: a space in which rustic-style furniture is combined with modern appliances: refrigerator, microwave, washing machine... you will have everything you need to enjoy long stays.

• 4 double bedrooms: 2 with double beds, and 2 more with single beds. One of the bedrooms has an interior bathroom, so you have greater privacy. They are designed with light colors, in contrast to the wood tones of the furniture.

• 2 full bathrooms: so that you can completely relax your body, one of the bathrooms is equipped with a sauna and the other, with a hydromassage cabin.

So that you can make the most of the good weather days, outside you will find a private patio, which does not lack:

• The barbecue, essential for outdoor banquets.

• The garden furniture, with armchairs for resting and a table for eating.

The surroundings of the house are crossed by the course of the Tormes River, where you can take a dip in summer and enjoy its beautiful natural landscapes. 

We are just 2 kilometers from Barco de Ávila, a town known for its rich gastronomy and for such emblematic monuments as its Castle, located in the highest part; the Parish Church, dedicated to Our Lady of the Assumption; or the Romanesque Bridge, located over the river. 

TheLa Covaltilla ski resort is located 17 km away. On its wide slopes you can practice the most fun winter sports, such as skiing and snowboarding.

In the Sierra de Gredos you will find several places to practice sports such as mountain biking or simply walk around discovering nature at every step.
