Description of El Tejar Viejo
On the outskirts of the Andalusian town of Carcabuey, within the province of Córdoba, is our farm, which offers you the rest and beauty that emanate from the natural environment that surrounds us, being able to approach the town to live your joy.
The facade of the house, with several floors and decorated in pristine white, is surrounded by a large plot on which there is a huge double-deep swimming pool, fenced and accompanied by sunbeds and umbrellas, having an area of lawn in which to sunbathe.
It also has a barbecue and wood-burning oven built in mustard color, accompanied by a sink, to make it as comfortable as possible, a furnished and covered terrace with heather to let in natural light and a area parking space.
Inside the house, and with a maximum capacity of for up to 10 people, the rooms are distributed as follows:
On the ground floor one of the bedrooms and the toilet are prepared for people with reduced mobility.

- A diaphanous area decorated with exposed stone and brick walls, ceilings with wooden beams and ornamental details typical of the farming of yesteryear. In this area we find the dining room, which has 2 brown sofas in front of the television and with its back to a table with chairs, next to the fireplace. The kitchen is open to the rest of the room by a American bar crowned by a solid wood trunk and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
- 5 double bedrooms s, both with single and double beds, all having a decoration based on the rustic atmosphere of the entire house, with bare rock walls and wooden ceilings.
- 3 bathrooms and a toilet, all complete and in perfect condition, having shower trays at ground level and a very well-kept decoration. The main double bedroom has one of these bathrooms inside.
