This establishment in the town of Nigüelas, in the northeastern part of the region of Valle de Lecrín, in the Andalusian province of Granada.
It is a stately house that dates from the year 1733 completely renovated with 9 full rooms. All rooms have a unique decoration based on 9 varieties of olives.

- Double or Twin Room: these rooms can accommodate 2 people. The rooms "Blanqueta" and "Lechín" belong to it. The first has 2 single beds, private bathroom and a balcony in a 19 m² room. It is a very bright room, with white and deep walnut brown colors. The second one, on the other hand, has a c loves big marriage and private bathroom in a space a little larger than the previous one (22 m²)
- Quadruple room: to it belongs "Manzanilla" which is the largest room in the house, with 32 m²: Distributed in a large double bed and 2 single. It includes private bathroom with shower. The main room also has a desk. The room where the 2 single beds are found have a piece of furniture to store the clothes.
- Superior Double Room: "Aberquina", "Picudo" and "Almazara" belong to this type of room. The first 2 have own private bathroom, balcony, large double bed and large closet. For its part Almazara is a very bright room and spacious with 2 single beds with a desk
- Suite: This room corresponds to "Picual" of 22 m², with double canopy bed with curtains and living room. It also has b own balcony and private bathroom.
