El Refugio

This cozy rural shelter is located at the target of the province of Ávila. specifically, it is the people of Los Loros, in the municipality of Solana de Ávila, just over an hour in the capital. 

The municipality is located in a more than privileged enclave: it is bathed by the Tormes River and surrounded by the impressive Sierra de Gredos. 

It is a shelter that is perfect for couples who wish to enjoy moments loaded with romanticism, since they will be far from the holoy of crowded cities and can enjoy the intimacy provided by the rural environment. 

The house is built with stone and wood materials, in such a way that it camouflages with the environment and passes totally unnoticed. 

With a maximum capacity for 2 people, inside the shelter you can find:

• A broad central hall. Upon entering the living room, the beautiful stone wall that covers it will caught your attention, with brown and white tones, they make this space a pleasant stay that will make you feel in full nature. In the living room you will also find a comfortable sofa located next to a Chimena and a table to enjoy pleasant meals. 

• A room with a marriage bed. The room is decorated in warm and pleasant tones with those who will undoubtedly enter a deep sleep. With a classic style as elegant, the furniture of the stay combines perfectly with the rest of the decoration.

• A fully equipped cuisine, has a small fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all kinds of household utensils. 

• A full bathroom, with a large bathtub, sink and toilet. 

Leaving the shelter, there is a outdoor patio where a natural stone bank stands out with the ground.  On this terrace there is a work barbecue and garden furniture from where to enjoy the landscape that the area gives us. 

You can enjoy the tranquility of the water without leaving the town, since inside are the Laguna del Duke, the larger lagoon of the Sierra de Gredos, and the trampal lagoons, some beautiful glaciers lagoons located between height pastures.
