El Portillo

The El Portillo Rural House is built from stone and wood, has 5 floors and is located in the town of Cantavieja, in the province of Teruel.

It is possible to rent the accommodation entirely for 13/14 people or, on the contrary, to do it per room.

The property has a total of 5 rooms:

• El Barranco (2 people): This bedroom has 2 single beds and its own bathroom with shower. It has access to a large outdoor terrace and its walls are made of the same limestone rock on which the town is built, which makes it one of the most special rooms in the accommodation.

• La Solana (2 people): It is a double bedroom composed of a double bed, sloping ceiling, own bathroom with shower and a private terrace that allows you to enjoy the wonderful views of the surroundings. It is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular rooms in the house, ideal for couples.

• La Umbría (3 people): This cozy room is one of the largest and has a double bed, sloping ceiling, bathroom and hydromassage shower. It also includes a sofa bed to accommodate 1 child and mountain views that are not inconsiderable for guests.

• La Baylia (2/3 people): this double room has two single beds, bathroom and shower. It has a small fold-out sofa, a large closet and a large window where you can see the old town.

• La Vega (4 people): This is the largest and most attractive room in the building. It consists of a double bed, private bathroom with shower and an adjoining room as an alcove in which there is a bunk bed and a comfortable sofa-bed. It also has 2 balconies with spectacular mountain views. It is the perfect room to stay with your family.

In addition to the rooms, the house has a common room made up of a comfortable living room with a sofa, television and fireplace, a small kitchen with oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher... and a dining table for 10 people.

At the bottom of the house there is a beautiful terrace with a large wooden table next to a fountain and a barbecue, ideal for eating outdoors.

The quickest access to the Rural House is from the porticoed square of Cantavieja, entering under a stone arch towards a beautiful viewpoint. The house is located about 20 meters away, unmistakable thanks to its stone facade and its iron sign engraved with the accommodation logo.
