This house, recently restored, continues to maintain the original structure with a different touch, especially thanks to its cart-shaped entrance door. Formerly the haystacks and warehouses were located here, and the well is preserved today, giving the rustic and traditional air that characterizes the house.

This unique house is located in the town ofBaños de Cerrato, within the province of Palencai.

With a capacity for 12 people distributed in 6 double rooms, it was characterized in ancient times as a farmhouse complementing these origins today with more modern decoration.
 

• The large hall gives way to a kitchen with a central island equipped with everything necessary for the life and use of tourists. It has induction hobs and a central hood right in the center to prevent the accumulation of smoke and for proper ventilation of the room. It is made up of all the basic appliances: microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher... making your accommodation a perfect companion for your vacation.

• A large living room that is made up of zones: in one we find the comfortable sofas accompanied by a fireplace that warms the room and provides warmth on winter days. The element that stands out here is an old threshing table, highlighting the traditional character of the complex. On the other hand, we have the dining room area, all of which is made up of vintage and retro furniture that has been restored and adapted to the contemporary age. The windows and the large glass door give great luminosity and grandeur to the room.

• The double rooms do not lack any detail. They are all perfectly equipped and decorated in detail maintaining the essence of the house and have everything necessary for a proper rest after a tiring day. The floors are made of ancient wood, which turns out to be very nice and cozy, and each of the rooms contains a private bathroom perfectly equipped. They also contain a small desk for free time to give free rein to creativity and thinking.

• A spacious room that contains two automatic lifting beds as well as a bathroom for disabled people, thinking of accommodating all people who want to enjoy the surroundings.

The environment of the house offers you multiple activities related to nature, such as fishing or quiet horseback riding enjoying the landscape. Near the house there is also the sports center, which is a good option in case it is cold and you want to go do indoor activities.

As it is surrounded by nature, there are numerous river walks, even a golf course nearby where the whole family can have fun together.
