El Porma

This rural house is located in the town of Villanueva del Condado, in the province of León.

It is an old farmhouse more than 200 years old that has been remodeled today, and in which various rooms have been created with a rustic and distinguished air.

The house is distributed on 2 floors and has all kinds of amenities to make the stay an extraordinary experience.

It has capacity for 7 people located in the different rooms that our home has:

• A living room located on the main floor and dominated by a fireplace for which we provide firewood. In this room you will have television, DVD and a dining area with table and chairs.

• The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to make your best dishes using the set of appliances, both small and large, with which it has been equipped.

• 2 full bathrooms, each on one floor and equipped withtowels. 

• 5 rooms of which 2 of them have a double bed, while one room has 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with a single bed.

Already outside we have:
 

• A private garden, located at the back and with a spacious grass area, houses the furniture under a shaded area, and has another area for the barbecue.

• In addition, the house has a paved patio that serves as parking.

Located in Villanueva del Condado, on the banks of the Porma River, of great trout fame and with some free area, perfect for trout fishing.

The municipal pool is very close to the accommodation, and is perfect for cooling off on the hottest days.

Due to its proximity to León city, it is the ideal starting point to visit it, as well as other nearby monasteries, or the impressive Central Leonesa Mountain.
