El Paller

The rural house that we present to you is located in the Huesca town of Viñal. It is an old space that was used to store straw and where the animals were, which has now been rehabilitated with traditional materials as rural accommodation. 

It consists of 2 floors and has a constructed space of 80 m2. 

It will accommodate a maximum of 4 people in 2 rooms located on the ground floor. Both with their respective bathroom. But one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds that we have also joined together. 

Thus, the common areas are located on the upper floor. Where you can find in a practically open space a living room with an impressive window that overlooks the valley and slightly attic. In addition to being equipped with a 32" television and a dining table.

There is also the kitchen, which has all the furniture and appliances almost brand new. And where you can find a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave or dishwasher, among others. 

In addition, this rural accommodation is environmentally responsible. And to save energy we have installed a heating system that is generated through biomass. 

Next to this house we have another one, L'era, for about 6 people and completely independent. Both form the Casa Toni complex. 

Viñal is a very small town with less than 10 inhabitants. Surrounded by nature, as it is located close to 2 large Natural Parks, Agüestortes and Posets. 

And very close you can visit places like:

• The conglomerate of Romanesque-style Churches of the Bohí Valley.
• The Monastery located in Obarra and the Church, also of Romanesque type.
• The Roda de Isábena Cathedral, built before the 10th century and which gives it the title of the most archaic in Aragon.
