This space, endowed with a beautiful ceiling with wooden beams, has a window through which a large amount of light enters. In it there are table games, a stereo, a DVD and various movies and music discs, so that in it fun is assured.
- A kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a washing machine. It is separated from the living room by an American bar, accompanied by stools, and has a dining table with capacity for 4 people.
- A complete bathroom, painted in red and equipped with shower, towels and hairdryer.

I have always been in love with this area where my grandparents were born and grew up. After having lived in many places in the world, now I am lucky to be able to live here, in the Tremedal, and make it possible for other people to know this mountain and enjoy the houses that my husband and I have been so fond of.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
The house looks like a cabin with stone walls and wooden beams. A large space includes the kitchen and the living room, with its fireplace. There is a sofa bed that can accommodate more guests, but the house is really designed for a couple. Cozy and warm in winter and cool in summer. It has a garden and patio with barbecue.
Ideal for romantic getaways and for nature lovers.

What to do in its surroundings?
Depending on the season in which you travel, you can swim in gorges and rivers, look for mushrooms, ski in the Covatilla (nearby), walk through forests enjoying colors, go to an abandoned village.
You can visit nearby towns such as Barco de Ávila, Béjar, Candelario, Valle del Jerte and know the excellent gastronomic options of the area. Meat, vegetables, honey and apples are examples of local products recognized for their quality.
The shepherds of the village have cows, bulls and goats in the surrounding meadows. Children like to go see them.
