The facade is raised in stone and wood, and the roof is slate. These original elements have been preserved beyond their restoration, but have been added and renewed the interiors to guarantee a pleasant room.

The house consists of 2 plants divided into:

• 2 double bedrooms, equipped with a marriage bed each and its own bathroom.
• a dining room furnished with a sofa, a wooden table with chairs, which go in line with the rest of the house, a television and a chimney functional, perfect for cold nights.
• an American kitchen, integrated into the living room, also with wood finishes and equipped with the necessary appliances, such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
• a viewpoint balcony, with incredible mountain views.

It also has heating and hot water on the two floors, so you can lease throughout the year.

Its site, within the town center of the town, does not imply a reduction of contact with nature. The town is very small and rural, as well as its inhabitants, mostly farmers and farmers.
