- A wide living room, decorated in green and equipped with several upholstered armchairs that look forward in which the firewood chimney is located and next to it, a television plasma. In addition, from this room of the house you can access the external areas.
- A dining room next to the room, which is accessed by a sliding door, equipped with a wide wooden table with its set of chairs.
- A complete cuisine in which you will be able to enjoy a countertop elongated with several cabinets where you will be able to enjoy a set of elements of the utenside and also appliances with which you can cook as at home. From here you can go abroad.
- 4 bathrooms complete, distributed so that 2 of them have a wide bathtub while in the third case, we have a shower with screen. One of them is sauna type.
- 3 wide bedrooms, located on the upper floor, where you will find a room with marriage bed, a second space with a couple of individual beds and in the third case, we have a single individual bed, with sheets and blankets left over and with functional furniture.

- A broad porch
- A pleasant garden in which to enjoy tranquility and fresh air.
- A parking area.
