Description of La Collada
Our beautiful rural house is located in Sevares, which is part of a spectacularly beautiful region thanks to its natural landscapes, Asturias. The capacity of this home allows you to stay up to 4 people.
It has very spacious outdoor areas, as it is located within a complex, on a huge estate, with multiple floors and even a space for animals.
The interior rooms, which are spread over the 2 floors, are as follows:
- The living room, on the ground floor, which has a large armchair which is accompanied by another 2 singles.
- They are positioned around a low wooden table on which you can place your drinks while you watch the television, located in the corner, or play something.
- In front of this you have the chimney, made of iron and black and with the possibility of being covered.
- The dining room area is also here, it has a round-shaped table on which the 4 guests can sit without problem to enjoy a meal and a good dinner.
- To prepare them we have a wonderful independent kitchen that is accessed from here. It has a granite-finished countertop, with a ceramic hob and an extractor hood on top.
- To this we must add the microwave, basic today, and also the toaster.
- A small toilet complements the ground floor. Through the stairs next to the living area you will reach the first floor.
- There you will see the2 double bedrooms. Both have single beds, with their wardrobes and nightstands, as well as their own bathroom.
You will also find the terrace here, with plenty of space for everyone to go out and marvel at the natural landscape around the house.
Another option to enjoy the outdoors is to sit on the furniture on the entrance porch.
In addition, the house has a hórreo next to it, a classic construction within the territories of this region.
Per pet the supplement is 5 euros. The wifi can be used although you have to go to the office area.
