El Nogal

This majestic rural house is located in Ronda. It is a space with a single floor and with several outdoor areas that will ensure that you have everything you need for fun at home.

It has a large private pool measuring 10m x 6m with landing stairs, surrounded by a large grass area where there are sun loungers for everyone staying in the house and umbrellas. 

In addition, it has a private tennis court that can also be used as a basketball court. 

To complete this gigantic outdoor space you will find a barbecue, a dining porch, a playground with swings and a wooden hut, as well as different resting corners. 

The interior of the house is structured, as we indicated, on a single floor in which there are 3 double rooms. All of them with their private bathroom incorporated. So it could be an excellent rural accommodation for different couples. The maximum capacity is 6 people. Although we have the possibility of adding a crib. 

Also notable inside is the kitchen area, with all wooden furniture that matches its beams and ceilings made of the same material. It also has a large bar-like counter where you can eat and which is oriented towards the living room, where there is a dining table and everything typical of these rest areas. 

Both the exterior façade and the walls and internal structure of the house are very well maintained, with stone and wood predominating in perfect condition. 

Ronda is one of the best-known and most beautiful Andalusian cities, with a extensive communications network and with all the comforts and services of a large city. 

This city was divided in its day into 3 areas that still preserve their own characteristics today:

• The nerve center, where palaces, museums and administrative buildings are located. What would be the old part and is known as The City. 
• The San Francisco neighborhood, named after the convent that used to exist and of which today only the Gothic-style church remains. Furthermore, from this area you can see the Arab fortification that surrounded the city.
• The El Mercadillo area, the most current thing in Ronda. There is the oldest and largest bullring in the world. As well as a 19th century landscaped promenade in Alameda del Tajo, and numerous cultural, artistic and ecclesiastical spaces. 

In this city you can also see the old and new bridges of Ronda that lead towards its impressive cliffs.
