This house is located in the municipality of Aldearrubia, just 14 km from Salamanca.
Formerly the house was a mill, fully operational until the 20th century.
It is currentlyfully restored and equipped to offer all the comforts to its guests. From its past it preserves the wood and stone of its original construction, giving it a traditional and authentic air.
The accommodation consists of 2 floors:
On the lower floor we find the living room, decorated in red tones and tiled floors. It exudes tranquility and a homely atmosphere, thanks to a fully functional iron fireplace around which several chairs are placed so that we can chat while listening to the crackling of the fire.
In addition2 double bedrooms and bathroom.
A large wooden table will allow us to share pleasant evenings eating with family or friends in this beautiful space.
The kitchen occupies the same open space and also preserves the traditional air of our grandmothers' kitchens, but without giving up all the comforts, since it offers all the necessary appliances so that we can prepare what we are going to eat and organize ourselves as we do in our daily lives.
In the upper part we have 3 double rooms, each one with its own personality.
The owners have given each one a name: Mint, Chamomile and Lavender.
If guests need it, it is possible to add extra beds or a crib.
Each room has its own bathroom fully equipped with towels, hygiene items, hairdryer, etc.
Finally, the house has a large garden area that is accessed from the street, which has a swimming pool and a covered area with tables and chairs so that we can eat outdoors and at the same time protect ourselves from the hottest hours of the day.
