Our accommodation is located within the area of Lozoya, which is one of the most charming towns in the Community of Madrid, for its impressive landscapes.
It is a charming accommodation, within a large private estate, and with rooms spread over several floors, perfect for holidays with family or friends.
The house, which has 500 square meters is divided into 2 floors that will be able to enjoy up to a maximum of 16 people, who will find all the comforts inside.

It is a charming accommodation, within a large private estate, and with rooms spread over several floors, perfect for holidays with family or friends.

- A very spacious kitchen, in which we find a elongated worktop with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware, as well as a functional bar. At one end, a dining area with table and wood-burning oven, next to a window with the best views, and in another space, a large dining room with table and chairs, and with direct exit to the landscaped areas .
- 2 spacious rooms, one of which has 2 bunk beds with single beds, a large window and a children's play area and books. The second is a double bedroom with a pair of single beds, equipped with bedding and furniture. X
- A complete bathroom in which you will find a shower among its toilets, for which we leave you several sets of towels. X
The upper floor distributes:
- A large dining room with an extension of 70 square meters, in which the dining area is located on the one hand, with table and chairs to spare, and on the other, a relaxation area with white armchairs, facing the front where we have a wood-burning fireplace and plasma television. This room has a terrace .
- 4 rooms distributed in such a way that one of them, decorated in purple tones, has a huge double bed with a panoramic window in front, and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a pair of single beds and also has an en-suite bathroom . Finally, there is a double bedroom with single beds and a bedroom with 2 other bunk beds with single beds, and a space with table football in front of an impressive window with views of the landscape. - A common bathroom on this floor, which has a shower tray, for which we leave you several sets of towels. X
