It is a charming accommodation in which you are able to disconnect and enjoy the best views of the area in which we are, and take advantage to rest.

- A wide porch of 100 square meters in which we have table and chairs, and an area of  barbecue and wood oven next door, with a bar.

This weekend (April 19 to 21) three families stayed in this rural house and, to tell the truth, there have been too many incidents. 
 
First of all I want to say that the house is excellent, in terms of spaces and size; But, I must also be fair in saying that it is not up to par in the upkeep of the facilities and maintenance, which leads to poor operation and poor cleaning.
 
Upon our arrival and, as I said, it seemed exceptional, spacious rooms, dining room-kitchen, also large. But, it seemed somewhat strange to us that the payment of the accommodation amount had to be made in cash, without an invoice; as well as the fact that the registration of guests was not carried out, as stated in the regulations. Even so, we only thought about having a good weekend and we ignored these "little issues"; But, we did not achieve it due to or because of all the incidents that were going to happen.
 
The dishwasher did not work correctly, no matter how much we respected the owner's instructions (turn on the hot water first, set program 7), the dishes came out dirty, we repeated it and the same result.
 
After spending the night and starting to plan the day with a good breakfast, it went wrong again and the toaster didn't work, we took a second toaster that was there, it didn't work either; Due to the poor maintenance of the house that I have already mentioned, it turned out that it was the fault of the plug.
 
Lunch time arrived and at the barbecue it was difficult to keep the grill on the guides since it was somewhat deformed and prevented its proper use.
 
To continue with the incidents caused by the poor condition of some facilities, one of the children while playing put his foot between the protective canvas of the pool and the edge of it and we had to rescue him by getting almost under the plastic that covered the pool. Noting that tensioners were missing in that area and that made it easier for the child to end up in the water, we asked ourselves if the pool should not have been fenced to avoid these situations in the season when it is not enabled for bathing.
 
To end the day on Saturday, the heating did not turn on as if it had happened the day before. Therefore, given the accumulation of incidents, we decided to call the owner looking for solutions and explanations to the situations reported. To our call, Pablo's (the owner) response was little or not at all receptive and defensive. Given this situation and the lack of response, we contacted him by WhatsApp so that, at least, he could give us a solution to the heating problem; We found a solution through a video call and following his instructions so that the heating could start.
 
Yesterday, Sunday, before the end of our stay and just as we had agreed to meet him, we had a new conversation to convey the inconveniences we had suffered. After what happened over the weekend, we are seriously considering bringing the facts to the attention of the corresponding authorities.
 
Honestly, the house is not in a condition to be rented to anyone. It has deficiencies in any of the areas, fixtures, care, maintenance, painting, cleaning, appliances, etc.
