Our rural house is located in the Alicante town of Calpe, one of the most tourist spots in the Valencian Community. In this area we will find places as varied as beaches, caves, mountains and semi-wooded areas.
This chalet has capacity for 6 people that will have e the full rental of the establishment. In it they will enjoy functional facilities and an outdoor swimming pool.

- 2 double rooms with a double bed: these rooms are delicate and simple, with light-colored walls, bedside tables, wardrobes and chests of drawers.
- A room with 2 single beds: is a spacious room with 2 twin wooden frame beds with a small bedside table in the middle of each of the beds
- A living room with a 3-seater sofa in burgundy, a second sofa in the same 2-seater set and a wing chair in gray. You have a flat screen television
- A dining area with wooden chairs and tables
- A kitchen with appliances with stove, electric oven, refrigerator, etc.
- A bathroom with a shower and various ammenities such as hygiene items
- A porch with picnic area where there is a madras one with several matching chairs, ideal to enjoy a good meal with family or friends
