Description of Altos de la Asomadilla
Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area in the Avila town of Pedro Bernardo, a town with an incredible panoramic view over the Tiétar Valley.
The accommodation is a beautiful country house a few minutes from the urban center, so you will enjoy a calm atmosphere to disconnect, but, at the same time, you can enjoy the bustle of the town if you wish.
The house has space for 9 people, and due to its characteristics, it is a familiar place where, if you travel with the little ones of the house, they can enjoy the outdoor spaces.
At the entrance of the house we are welcomed by a large terrace, with a gazebo next to which we find a wonderful barbecue of work and, in addition, giving access to this area to a fantastic solarium with artificial grass from which to enjoy of the spectacular views.
We now enter the house, which is structured in two floors, plus an attic area, in which the rooms of the house are distributed:

- On the ground floor we will find the dining room, with a viewpoint with views of the valley, also providing a large amount of light. In one area of the room we have the living room, equipped with two sofas that surround both the warm pellet stove, and the flat screen television. Another space is the dining room, which has a large table with its corresponding chairs.
- The kitchen, with entrance also from the terrace, is a modern space that has a varied equipment with small and large appliances.
- Also on the ground floor we find a room with a double bed, and the other rooms, also with a double bed, are located on the upper floor. One of these rooms has a small balcony with beautiful views.
- As for the toilet area, on the ground floor we have a full bathroom with a bathtub. The other two are distributed on the first floor , being one of common use y another integrated in the room with balcony.
- The last space is the attic room which has a sofa bed that can be used to reach the maximum capacity of the house.
