Description of El Cuco del Tietar
This rural house is located in the Tiétar Valley, in the province of Ávila, and has wonderful views of it, and surrounded by enormous pine trees, as well as oaks and cork oaks. The location of the building, in the surroundings of Piedralaves, makes this unique place the ideal place to spend a few days of nature and tranquility with family and friends.
The building, whose construction date dates back to 2009, is located on a large property of 5000 square meters in which there is also an orchard and several fruit trees. It has a paved access and the façade has stone as its primary element.
The house is made up of 4 double rooms, and each one receives a name depending on the decoration they present:
- Yellow room, with 2 single beds and a bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.
- Red room has a double four-poster bed and a balcony with views of the valley, as well as a bathroom with hydromassage.
- Orange room, large and spacious, has a double bed and a bathroom that has a shower tray with hydromassage, although the terrace with beautiful views is one of its strong points.
- Green room, has a more youthful decoration and 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
Next to the rooms, the accommodation has a large living room with sofas and television, a fireplace accompanied by firewood. There is also a library and board games available to guests.

Piedralaves is a small town in Ávila, in the heart of the Tiétar Valley, to the south with the Sierra de Gredos, and which has a rich cultural and architectural heritage. Its two hermitages and the Lovers' Cross next to the parish church stand out.
Just 200 meters from the farm is one of the most wonderful enclaves in the area, a natural pool where tourists and local residents go to cool off and which is called La Charca de la Nieta.
