This rural house is located in Toledo, specifically in the municipality of Villanueva de Bogas.
It is a house from the early 20th century that has been rehabilitated respecting its original structure. Details have been added and it has been decorated in such a way that it has become a beautiful home to rest.
The first floor is very spacious since we tried to play with the open spaces and for this purpose several rooms have been joined together:
To give greater privacy, the house inside plays with a distribution in apartments and on the ground floor there are 2 of them, once we reach the upper floor we find another of them.
These mini apartments are made up of:
The bedrooms are very elegant, whether they have a double bed or those with single beds. It plays with neutral tones and more intense colors. The furniture also mixes styles but always within the rustic aspect, which is why we find metallic headboards that create different shapes and very well carved wooden headboards. All bedrooms have large windows that have views to the outside and through which a lot of light enters.
The bathrooms, 2 of them with a shower and one with a bathtub, all have the same characteristics but each one in a different color to give each one a sign of identity. They are presented very carefully with many details and a set of towels for each guest.
The house has outdoor areas that are highly used and very pleasant. For example, in what used to be the stables an area with sofas for leisure has now been set up. There you can be with your friends and enjoy board games. There are also tables and chairs in another part of the block forming a dining room since we have respected the typical fire stove that already existed there.
Finally, in the house there is a large patio with garden furniture and a large barbecue to have delicious meals outdoors.
