This beautiful house with garden and pool is located in denia, in the les rota area and next to its sand beaches. It is ideal for quiet vacacrations where you can relax to family or friends, in the vicinity of the El Montgó Natural Park.

With a maximum capacity for 6 people, its 130 m2 are divided into:

• 3 bedrooms: 2 of them with 1 double bed and the other with 2 individual beds, all with sheets clean.

The rooms are accessed by the stairs and like the rest of the house, they have a parquet.

They have the plugs close of the mattress and modern tables on the sides of the beds. Next to these, there are large windows with curtains fine. The bedrooms also have fan and balcony.

• 2 bathrooms: with shower or bathtub, spacious and with modern design. They have a small bidé next to the WC and a sink marble under a mirror of average body.

• 1 kitchen: well equipped with direct access to the living room, as both are open spaces that make up the ground floor of the accommodation.

It is modern, with a countertop clear wood that has plugs close and a coffee maker. It also has complete dishes and appliances varied, such as the oven.

Next to him you will find a furnished interior dining room so you can enjoy your companions. It is very well illuminated by the natural light, since it extends with it a wide window overlooking the garden.

This house is located in the natural environment of El Montgó, a natural park between the peoples of Dénia and Xàbia, in alicante.

Due to its extension and diversity, it is an ideal site where you can practice hiking and climb to the top. If you are lucky, from there you can see the island of Ibiza.
