El Cerrillo II

This rural house is located in the territory of San Martín del Pimpollar, which belongs to Ávila, and is ideal for a family or friends escape.

It has inside, all prepared for the 4 people that has been thought, which can enjoy wide facilities distributed in 2 floors.

On the floor they distribute:

• The living room with modern furniture in red, a beautiful fireplace with a small woodwide codea, a center table and a television of flat screen to enjoy the favorite family program.

• The dining room with site for 4 diners, the dark tile floor gives it a modern touch that harmonically contrasts with the stone decoration of the wall.

• The cuisine is equipped with appliances and a variety of utensils cooking for that family meal that you like so much.

Through a modern staircase located in the room, you can access the first floor of the house. here you can find the 2 rooms.

• double room: This room with a abuhardillado roof has a double bed, 2 night tables with central lamp on the wall, a large wooden closet, soils of the same material and a large window that brings luminosity to the central green tone of the room.

• double room with 2 individual beds: has 2 individual beds, a central night table, a cozy wooden roof of wood, soil of the same material, 2 lamps attached to the wall, and a wide window that provides clarity to the central yellow tone of the room.

On the outside of the house you can find a wonderful view of the mountain, which you can enjoy from the dining table of the terrace.

Due to its location we can disfuture several cultural and sports activities near the Rural House

• Castillo de Sancho Estrada: is located in the town of Villaviciosa and data of the fifteenth and sixteenth century, and its construction aimed to monitor the passage from the Amblés Valley to the Sierra de Paramera. Its unique architecture represents passing time and different shields can be observed on its facade.

• Puerto del Pico: from here you can see 5 the villas such as Cuevas del Valle, Villarejo del Valle, San Esteban del Valle, Santa Cruz del Valle and Mombeltrán and descend to any of them through the old Roman road, which makes this space an ideal place for hiking or a quiet family walk.

• Grutas de El Águila: These caves 50 meters deep and a 1000 -meter route, houses large stalactites and stalagmit galleries of different colors and textures. They are in perfect condition and you can know practically all its extension in the different guided tours that it has.
