El Castaño

In the heart of Sierra Norte de Sevilla, a few 2 kilometers from the town of the Pedroso, we find this lovely rural house. He is hidden by coronorists and holm oaks, and his soundtrack is the murmur of the precious stream of the reeds.

The rural house that concerns us is inserted into a farm, along with 3 other houses. It has a rustic style impossible to overlook, because it is reflected both in the traditional, typical town house, and in the decoration that has been used inside, where the tools of tillage, ceramics and wood predominate, which supports the envigate of the roof.

The house is designed to accommodate 8 people, but can be consulted if you want to include one more, up to 9. It has 3 large bedrooms on the upper floor. One has a marriage bed; another, marriage bed and an individual of 90; The last is a larger room, where we find 4 individual beds 90.

On the low floor we have the main stay, dominated by the lounge, which occupies a large space with its three sofas, the television and the wood chimney ; As additional detail, the ceiling lamp has a fan.

The dining room zone is just behind the living room, and is formed by a wide and solid wooden table and several chairs that surround it. In the headboard we have an old, beautiful -style cupboard, supporting the dishes.

Said in their own space we have the kitchen, open and with breakfast island; It is a traditional cuisine but with modern equipment, which includes a fridge with freezer and an industrial bottle rack.

We have 2 bathrooms in the house, one on each plant: that of the lower floor with shower plate and that of the upper one, with bathtub. Towels can be requested or not required.

In all the house there is radiators, to keep it warm and cozy. In addition, is supplied with firewood every day for a reasonable supplement.

Outside we find a wide garden, in which a eighth century has been restored to serve as a pool. In the trees that populate the surroundings of the house there are installed swings, to enjoy leisure in full nature. We are in the Natural Park of Sierra del Norte, which is part of the Dehesas Biosphere Reserve of Sierra Morena, together with the Natural Park of the Sierra de Hornachuelos. Its main attraction is the Cerro del Hierro, a Roman -era mining exploitation, currently enabled for climbing and hiking. In its term there is a large number of rural places.
