El Cañico

This rural house is located in the town of Wedding Otero, in the province of Zamora. It has been built on a old housing, more than 200 years of history. At that time it was inhabited by a family of the area, and currently has been rehabilitated as rural housing.

In its restoration, external construction has been respected, made in stone and some wooden elements. The interior has been equipped with all the necessary amenities so that the environment is pleasant.

The furniture finishes are all in dark or clear wood, which makes them perfectly integrate with the construction aesthetics. In addition, the ceilings are all wood, some abuhardillados, and there are walls that retain the same stone than the exterior.

The house has the capacity to accommodate 10 people, divided into their 5 rooms. It is designed for families or groups of friends, since the way of renting is for the complete housing.

• 3 marriage bedrooms, furnished with a double bed.

• 2 double bedrooms, furnished with 2 individual beds.

• 2 shared bathrooms. fully equipped and renewed in a modern style.

• dining room very large and comfortable, which has a chimney, television and DVD equipment.

• modernized cuisine without losing the rustic style that characterizes the house, and equipped with the necessary appliances.

The house also offers heating, sheet and towels service, and a courtesy phone.

Outside, the house has a wide closed patio, so it is especially recommended for families with children or pets, which can enjoy the feeling of freedom in a safe environment. Within the patio there is a barbecue available to guests, and a private parking area with capacity for any type of vehicle.
