El Batán

The rural house is located in the Parque Natural de las Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas. A privileged area to enjoy nature with a group of friends or family, and relax in a spacious house with all needs covered.

The accommodation is perfect for large groups, with an occupancy of up to 20 people.

Each bedroom is a special room, with a different name that refers to the theme depending on how it is decorated. We find the slaughter room, the sewing room or the toy room, among others. Thus, the decorations give a familiar, cozy and personalized character to each bedroom, in total 7. Adding up all the available beds, there are 5 double beds and 9 singles.

In addition to the bedrooms, the rural house has the following rooms:

• 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet with towels.
• Large kitchen-dining room with breakfast bar, double refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher...
• 2 living rooms: one of them very large and both with fireplace.
• Living room perfect for listening to music and with rocking chairs. 
• 2 outdoor terraces with garden furniture and views towards giant olive groves.
• 1 covered porch with table and chairs so you can enjoy the meals made on the 2 barbecues. 

In addition, the outdoor area stands out for having a swimming pool surrounded by more than 500 square meters of vegetation. Next to this there is a track where you can practice various sports, also outdoors. Overall, it is a perfect area for relaxation and leisure.

For the little ones we have 2 play areas, equipped with slides, columns, wheel games, etc.

Finally, outside the rural accommodation we find 2 parking areas.

In addition, the house has the following characteristics that will offer you a unique and unforgettable stay:

• 2 televisions withCanal Plus Liga.
• Heating and fans in each of the rooms.
• Board games, table football, ping-pong and an electronic target.

The Parque Natural de las Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas is a space declared a biosphere reserve where we can observe a diversity of flora and fauna such as, for example, forests of pine, strawberry trees or willows and deer, wild boar or golden eagles.

Furthermore, this natural park houses within it the source of the Guadalquivir River. The location of the house makes us seem to be alone in a practically virgin environment, which guarantees total relaxation and rest. 

Villanueva del Arzobispo, the municipality to which we belong, is widely populated and there you will be able to find everything you need during your stay. There you can also visit places of interest, practically all related to religious buildings, from hermitages to convents or churches.
