This charming country house is located at Hita, a town belonging to the province of Guadalajara.

It is built with elements of traditional architecture, highlighting inside the use of stone and wood ; however, it is completed with a modern equipment adapted to the current century.

Located in the region of La Alcarria, the town of Hita is full of charming streets and corners that tell stories of the past. Recently included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Spain, is protected under the figure of Historic-Artistic Set, because it has such beautiful monuments as:
- La Church of San Juan Bautista, built between the XIV and XV centuries with elements of Mudejar style.
