This lovely rural house is in Hita, a town belonging to the province of Guadalajara.

It is a perfect destination to enjoy tranquility without moving away from the city, since it is only 25 minutes from Guadalajara and 50 minutes from Madrid.

It is built with elements of traditional architecture, highlighting inside the use of stone and wood ; However, it is completed with a modern equipment adapted to the current century.

Its interior consists of 120 meters2, distributed between 2 plants and a attic. It is prepared to welcome a maximum of 10 guests. 

In its interior, you will find:

• lounge with fireplace. It is a warm and home stay, full of ornamental details that provide a unique personality. Next to the fireplace, you will find a flat screen TV, which you can see from a comfortable sofa. You can also diffute from board games, book reading or play some football.

• living room. In this second room you will find a corner formed by comfortable sofas located in front of a television, to enjoy film afternoons.

• cuisine. In this space, tradition is combined with modernity: the first one, it comes from the hand of the rustic style ; The second, of appliances, in metallic tones. In its decoration, the fun tiles that decorate the walls, to match the ground stand out.

• 4 double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, while the remaining ones do it on the first floor. Of these, 3 are marriage, counting the room with 2 individual beds. You will have furniture for luggage, and bedding adapted to the season.

• 2 full bathrooms. They are equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, not missing elements such as the sink or the toilet, both have a shower dish.

Outside, you will have a private patio in which to take fresh air every morning, enjoy a barbecue or sit down to contemplate the views. It is equipped with furniture garden.

Located in the region of La Alcarria, the town of Hita is full of charming streets and corners that tell stories of the past. Recently included in the list of the most beautiful villages in Spain, is protected under the figure of historical-artistic set, as it has as beautiful monuments as:

• The church of San Juan Bautista, built between the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries with Mudejar style elements. 

• The Plaza del Arcipestre, which served as a market during the Middle Ages. It retains elements of its original design, and it takes place the medieval festival of Hita, in which theatrical performances are carried out.

• The Puerta de Santa María, a military construction that served as entrance to the town when it was surrounded by a wall. 

• The Church of San Pedro, whose origin dates back to medieval times. Although it is currently in ruins, part of its structure is still preserved.
