Welcome to our pretty cottage which will offer you unforgettable holidays, weekends, which guarantees you peace and comfort in a pretty haven of peace located near the lake.
It is dedicated to r 2 people, those who wish to meet in a corner in the countryside to relax and rest. In addition to the nature that surrounds this beautiful cottage, it puts at your disposal a large swimming pool shared with two other cottages, the latter has a size of 5x11m with a depth of 2.20m open from May to October.

You can also enjoy the beauty of nature, from the terrace which includes a modern garden lounge composed of a table and chairs. We recommend that you take a tour to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

The cottage is in the form of a studio with an area of ​​40 m2, inside you will find a large room which includes on one side a cozy living room which includes comfortable sofas, to install you in the evening in watching a movie or series on l on television. On the other side, you will find a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. You also have a dining area which includes a dining table with chairs.
The room includes a corner with a comfortable double bed de 140x190, for 2 persons, the stone bedroom decoration makes the room warm and welcoming. which will make you want to relax and rest. Indeed, the bathroom includes a walk-in shower with independent wc.

Outside the cottage you will find a barbecue area, on the other side another modern terrace which includes a garden lounge composed by a table and chairs. Enjoy free wifi Internet access from all rooms.

Animals are not allowed at the gite

The location of the cottage is ideal, on one side you can enjoy the beautiful landscapes that surrounds it, or you will find a pretty lake at the edge of the house, nearby you can take a tour in villages such as Monpazier, Limeuil and Belvès, the latter are considered to be the most beautiful villages in France.
For historical sites, you have the 'Saint Laurent Church, the Church of the Holy Cross of Beaumont and the famous medieval village Saint-Avit Senieur.
