The region is known for the richness of its natural and cultural heritage, you will find beautiful landscapes with breathtaking views, picturesque villages, typical dishes with delicious flavors.

The cottage is perfect for a stay in summer and winter, during the summer with these long hot and sunny days you will find a large swimming pool for swimming. On the other hand during the winter, you will find a pretty central fireplace, to warm you up, is in a cozy living room. Enjoy the welcoming and warm atmosphere of the latter.

The house offers you, a functional kitchen includes all equipment and tools you will need to use to prepare your meals and then eat them in the dining room which includes a table with chairs.
When you go up the stairs, you will find the floor which includes a bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 for 2 people, the decoration of this room is simple, but the yellow color of the walls makes the room more and more warm . the bathroom includes a sink, a walk-in shower and separate toilet.

To make the most of your time during the stay, we suggest you settle in the terrace which includes a pretty garden lounge, modern equipped with chairs and a table. La view from the garden is superb because you can enjoy the lake nearby.

The cottage puts at your disposal, free wifi Internet access from all rooms of the cottage. Animals are not allowed in our cottage.

The region region has many facets, on one side you will find beautiful landscapes to discover, picturesque villages to see, caves and pretty castles.

We advise you to see the famous Parc de Thot, the chasm of PROUMEYSSAC which is considered the great chasm of Périgord, as well as the famous chateau des MILANDES, the latter considered as the most feminine of the Castles.
