Our rural house is located in the municipality of Robledo de Chavela, within the community of Madrid. It is ideal to enjoy nature with the family and disconnect from the big city without having to leave it completely.
The rural accommodation has capacity for 14 people, divided into 2 houses. It is specially designed to come with children and that they enjoy and play while the parents relax. pets of the family will also be welcome.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils and appliances, a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace, which in addition to heating throughout the house, will help keep you warm, and 3 full bathrooms divided between the 2 floors.

Regarding the bedrooms, there are a total of 4. Two with a double bed, another with two single beds, and 1 quadruple room. All rooms are furnished with a bedside table and lamp.

In addition, as many guests come with babies we have available a crib, a high chair, a booster and a changing table so that you do not have to worry about anything.
In March 2017 we inaugurated our independent apartment from the house above but which shares the pool in summer with the guests of the main house. This apartment has its own terrace and barbecue.

The house has a spacious and beautiful outdoor garden, whose views can also be enjoyed from the terrace.
The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, with tables and chairs, and urban furniture, such as wooden benches.

For the little ones there is a sandpit with toys installed in this area so that they can have fun while the adults are sunbathing on benches or chairs.
In addition we also find a barbecue where to cook outdoors. In July 2018 we inaugurated our swimming pool with a salt chlorinator measuring 5x3 meters and 1.5 meters deep.

The house is located at Robledo de Chavela, 63 km from the capital of Madrid.
The area is declared special in bird protection, since from here you can see numerous birds of prey and scavengers such as imperial eagles or black vultures, among others.
The municipality is located between Sierra de Guadarrama and Gredos. The latter can be seen in the distance from the terrace of the rural house.
Also, the river Cofio flows through the town.
We also have El Escorial just 13 km to be able to visit it and go sightseeing with the family.
Other places of interest that are a good distance from Robledo de Chavela are Segovia, where you can taste its famous suckling pig (51km away) and Navacerrada (32km away).
