Archidona is a municipality in Malaga, capital of the Northeastern Region of the Andalusian province. There will be numerous wonders to discover in a city declared a Historical-Artistic Site and the fact is that through it, in the heart of the Sierra de Gracia, people have passed since the Paleolithic era who have left their remains providing the capital with beautiful sites among which are:

• The Cave of Las Grajas. In the Sierra del Conjuro, which intersects with that of Gracia, we find this karst formation that was found in the 70s and whose origin could correspond to the Iberian Paleolithic. There is a route that starts from the town and surrounds the Sierra in which it is located. 

• The Capacheras. They are an area in which its relief stands out at different levels of height above the sea and that runs along the Guadalhorce river in which it is worth visiting the Fountain of the 100 Caños, at its source. 

• Las Lagunas de Archidona Natural Reserve. The town has a wetland in which there are 2 lagoons: the Laguna Grande and the Laguna Chica. There are numerous birds that find their home there. 

It is a wonderful municipality to visit and discover at any time of the year, although in summer you have to be careful with the high temperatures.
