Cortijo el Álamo II

This rural house is located in a small, quiet, quiet and section of the Almeria municipality, so it is an ideal place for the complete break of guests. It is a large accommodation, because it has the capacity to accommodate a group of up to 20 people. 

The house retains many of its rustic elements of ancient Casa de Campo, as its structure based on stone or wood, but has suffered a complete remodeling with the aim of creating comfortable accommodation and with great detail. It is distributed in 3 different plants in which we can find the following stays:

• 2 kitchens reformed and fully equipped that count with modern furniture and appliances as a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stoves, oven or microwave among many others. It also consists of a dining table each with a joint capacity of more than 30 diners. One of them has a great chimney of work.

• several rooms with comfortable sofas, center tables and chimneys stone or brick that provide warmth to these rooms on winter days.

• 10 double rooms that have marriage bed or with 2 individual beds, with nightstands and with windows that grant luminosity and allow guests to observe the natural environment. Each of them is decorated differently.

• 10 bathrooms, each of these located in the interior of each bedroom, something that gives privacy to guests. These have sink, toilet and shower. The 3 bedrooms that are on the third floor have bathtub or hydromassage shower.

The accommodation has an broad landscaped terrain in which we can find a pool discovered, ideal for alleviating the Mediterranean heat in summer and a barbecue to enjoy a family barbecue in the family.

The Rural House is in Vélez-Blanco, a small town with beautiful natural places and from which it is worth highlighting its Castillo. It is at the foot of the Sierra de María-Los Vélez, a magnificent place to perform excursions and hiking.

It is also available at a short distance from one of the most relevant cities in the Andalusian community. This is Almería, a place characteristic both by its beaches and for its cultural value. One of the most important areas is, without a doubt, the Cabo de Gata.

Other nearby cities that are recommended to visit are Lorca or Cartagena, already belonging to the Murcia area.
