Cortijo Cerro Fuentes Nuevas I- Aureliano

The Cortijo Aureliano rural accommodation is located in the town of Castril de Granada, belonging to the province of Granada.

It is a home that preserves the traditional style typical of the houses in this area, which consists of 2 floors that we have conditioned, including all the amenities that promote rest and comfort for users who decide to stay with us.

It allows a maximum capacity of 15 people who will be able to enjoy extensive facilities outside and comfortable rooms inside.

On its main floor there are the following spaces:

• A fully equipped kitchen, with new appliances and countless elements that are included to make this space a functional area. Its granite countertop extends giving rise to an L-shaped kitchen in which the front is lined with tiles in earth tones up to half of the wall. Above it, a window and, next to it, a traditional cupboard with some of the dishes that can be used.
• A dining room where, at first, there is the large wooden table with a complete set of chairs that allow all guests to eat without problems. On the main wall, a huge wood-burning fireplace with a wooden shelf on which there are several classic clay jugs. This part of the room functions as a separator for the two multi-seater sofas that are facing each other. It also has a wooden piece of furniture in which our television is located, thus allowing that moment of leisure and rest that is so much needed.
• A complete bathroom where you will find a shower and all the necessary hygiene items. A sink on which we have placed the mirror, which is also perfectly illuminated since there is a window in the room.
• 3 double bedrooms that are divided into two with a double bed and wrought iron headboards, next to which are the nightstands and, finally, a third room with two single beds. All of them, encompassed in a rustic environment perfect for resting that has white ceilings in which the wood of the beams stands out.

On the upper floor they are distributed:

• A bathroom, also complete, with a bathtub and other basic toilets. Among its accessories, a complete set of towels for our visitors.
• 3 more bedrooms; one of them has a double bed; the second, composed of 2 single beds and the last, the largest, with four single beds. They all follow the same decorative characteristics, with bedding included and ceilings in rustic tones.

In the outdoor areas, the leisure possibilities are endless; There is a football field and basketball courts as well as a ping pong table and, for the little ones, a children's area with swings and sand.

We have also set up an outdoor barbecue area and, in the center of the garden, a huge swimming pool that we wanted to fence to prevent accidents. All of this, visible from the porch of the house, equipped with outdoor furniture.
