Cava Verdejo

Our rural accommodation is located within our own farm, creating a large urbanization, that is, something like a town within Olmedo, a municipality that belongs to the province of Valladolid and located south of the capital.

We say this because it is part of a tourist complex made up of different accommodations.

Each and every one of the houses are distributed throughout the 5,000 square meters of surface area available to users who come to visit this location.

In addition to the independent and individual accommodations, the estate has a large garden, decorated with flowers and fountains, and which is the meeting point between all the rooms.

Cava Verdejo, which receives its name as a tribute to a type of grape that is very common in this region, is a studio, adapted for people with reduced mobility, and which has a capacity for 3 people.

It is made up of the different rooms:

• A bedroom of about 40 square meters consisting of a double bed and another single , to thus expand the capacity.

• It also has a full bathroom, equipped with a shower with whirlpool and a complete set of towels.

• A kitchen, integrated into an open space and perfectly communicated with the rest of the areas of the house. In this room you will have the basic appliances for cooking.

• A very pleasant dining room with elements that give it great rusticity such as a fireplace and the different sofas.

Outside we have a porch with its outdoor furniture so that it is possible to sit outdoors enjoying a good meal cooked on the barbecue exterior.

Other common areas are the pool, surrounded by sun loungers and grass for sunbathing, and the restaurant with typical dishes of the land, with lamb roasted in a wood-fired oven one of the great specialties of each. The tree house will make the little ones enjoy, with the help of their imagination, great adventures.

Olmedo is a Castilian-Leonese town located in the south of the province of Valladolid that has a wide and rich feudal tradition , to the point of becoming one of the key points for the crowns that reigned in the peninsula.

This situation means that both Olmedo and the surrounding towns have an extensive and varied monumental heritage, both religious and civil, which are a great incentive to visit this land and learn about its history.

The Rueda denomination of origin is one of the most renowned in a land where the oenological offer allows it to be an important attraction in attracting tourists who come to enjoy the guided tours of wineries and wine tastings.
