Caserío de Cerezo

El Caserío is a rural accommodation located in the Guadalajara town of Cerezo de Mohernando. It is a perfect place for small group getaways.

It is a modernly built house, designed to accommodate groups of between 6 and 12 people, which has been remodeled to offer its guests the best possible experience.

With a total of 300 m2, this rural chalet is divided into 3 floors plus a landscaped exterior. On the first floor there are:

• A living-dining room equipped with 2 wooden tables, which can be joined together in the case of a large group, giving room for about 25 people. Decorated with a distribution cabinet for cutlery, plates and glasses; On the front wall we find a 50-inch television hanging on the wall. There is also a stone fireplace and, the most surprising part of the room, a bar counter with a beer tap, as well as all the necessary utensils for this activity.
• A toilet in which towels are included.
• Kitchen with television and a small 4-seater table. It has all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, coffee maker... and they are also of the latest model.

On the upper floor we find:

• A small living room with a 42" television surrounded by a 4-seater sofa and 2 more armchairs in front of which is a wooden table.
• It is on this floor where part of the rest area is located, prepared for the disabled with 2 rooms in which a 22" television is integrated into each one.
• 2 fully accessible bathrooms in which there is: a hydromassage column in one and a hydromassage bathtub in the other, to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

The top floor, which is accessed via wooden stairs, is the rest area, and has:

• 4 double rooms decorated in a simple way but covering any need that the guest may have. In these rooms there is also their own television for each one.
• 3 bathrooms completely restored that include their respective hot tub.

Finally, theoutdoor area consists of a paved porch, with a pergola, to enjoy the weather in summer periods or a meal made on the barbecue; a garden that extends to the walls of the plot and a large swimming pool.

The village of Cerezo de Mohernando is integrated into Humanes, a unique environment in which to take long walks among nature.

2 rivers paint its landscape: the Henares and the Sorbe, where its vegetation emerges and creates a magical atmosphere.

If you prefer cultural tourism, Guadalajara is very close to the town. Among other sites, a must-see is the Alcázar Real, which dates back to the 13th century and in which the space is filled with Andalusian tradition.
