Discover our spectacular rural house in Aldea de Cuenca, a district of the Andalusian town of Hinojares, within the province of Jaén.

Its surroundings are made up of an extensive 1 hectare estate full of fruit trees and olive trees where you can stroll quietly breathing the mountain air and listening only to the noise of nature.
The house, with 500 m2, has capacity for large groups of up to 20 people, and its interior, with an exquisite mix of different decorative styles, is divided into three floors, into which its rooms are divided, which we detail:

• A large living room with large windows with privileged views that has several sofas and a large television where you can comfortably entertain yourself.

• A separate dining room with a long table equipped with numerous chairs that has space for all the occupants of the house.

• Kitchen, with a smaller dining room, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a couple of refrigerators, oven and microwave.

• 10 double bedrooms of which five include a double bed, and the remaining five, a pair of beds, each with its own integrated bathroom.

• 200 m2 terrace on the upper floor, where you can contemplate the fantastic views with a soft drink in your hand with your loved ones or while you share an outdoor meal prepared on the barbecue.

TheAldea de Cuenca belongs to the municipality ofHinojares, the birthplace of the Turillas River, where spring water flows everywhere.

Hinojares is a small town of houses with typical architecture, where the white facades stand out against the landscape and where its monument par excellence is its 17th century parish, dedicated to San Marcos.
