Description of Casa Tere
Our rural residence,Casa Tere, is located in the Maño municipality of Codo. This home has been classified with the 4 Spikes award.
The rural accommodation has been restored respecting the traditional structure and architecture, adding all the comforts of modern life. The façade is a combination of wood, stone and old brick along with the wrought iron bars on the windows. Initially it is designed for 12 people, but it can be expanded up to 15 people.
The house is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor we find:
- A spacious living room with traditional clay floor equipped with television and comfortable sofas and exposed brick fireplace. It has board games and various toys for children, making it perfect for family tourism.
- The kitchen is fully equipped decorated with wooden utensils. It has appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. and appliances such as microwaves. To organize household items and batteries, there are multiple closets throughout the room.
On the upper floor we find:
- 6 rooms, of which 3 are double rooms, each decorated differently, and a last double room, perfect for children, with separate beds. Although there are only 4 rooms, the guest capacity can be expanded by 4 more people thanks to extra beds anddouble sofa bed.
In the rural house there are a total of 4 bathrooms, which are fully equipped with blue and white tile decoration, and with a bathtub and screen.
There is a large interior patio with traditional decoration to enjoy the vegetation that surrounds us or a grill around the stone barbecue that can be enjoyed on the garden table under the porch. We have a garden so natural products are available to the tenants.

We are still here, in the town.
Today we continue to manage the houses directly and personally. We are not an anonymous company, nor a tourist chain.
We are from here, we know the environment and we take care of every detail, because we know how important it is to organize a family reunion or a getaway with friends.
From the beginning we have also opted for a sustainable rural tourism model, with measures such as:
- use of solar energy
- heating and hot water using biomass
- respect for the natural environment
- support for local product
More than hosting, receiving.
What we like most is that those who come feel comfortable, enjoy the place and want to return.
We are excited that many guests repeat or recommend our houses, because it means that we have achieved what we were looking for from the beginning: that our rural houses are a place where they can feel good and share special moments.
And that is, in the end, the essence of this family project.
Sourroundings of Casa Tere
Codo is located in the countryside of Belchite, a district close to the Ebro River, with all the possibilities it offers: walks, fishing...
The town of Codo stands out for its Parish Church and its Mudejar tower which dates back to the 16th century. The dome is an example of baroque art.
One of the festivals that you will not find anywhere else, in which the inhabitants dress in costumes of the time and culture, and perform dances and shows.
Belchite is a town that has been trapped in time, and its streets, buildings and urban furniture cause admiration in visitors.
