Our accommodation is located within the province of Ávila, where you will be able to enjoy the best vacations within the population of Arévalo.
It is a complete house, with all kinds of comforts in which you will be able to enjoy a few days with family or very pleasant friends.

It is a complete house, with all kinds of comforts in which you will be able to enjoy a few days with family or very pleasant friends.
Regarding the capacity of this house, it is for a maximum of 11 people who will be able to enjoy the following stays inside the house:
- A spacious dining room in which we have access to an elongated terrace. Inside are distributed the armchairs, which are sofa beds, upholstered in orange and with views of the plasma television that is just in front. Next door, we have a dining room with a wooden table and upholstered chairs.
- The kitchen is spacious, and has an elongated worktop with several rows of cabinets where we have distributed the different items of kitchenware, as well as electrical appliances with which you will be able to cook at home. In the center, we have a table to eat, with its set of yellow chairs. There is access to the outdoor areas.
- 5 spacious bedrooms, distributed in such a way that in 2 of them have a large double bed, while in the third there are a pair of single beds with a balcony and in the last 2 rooms , we have a single single bed and in the last one a trundle bed (2 singles). In one of them you can place a cot in case you travel with a baby.
- 2 complete bathrooms, in which you will find a shower among its toilets, for which we leave you several sets of towels at your disposal.

- A terrace type patio, in which we have tables with their set of chairs, and even an umbrella.
- A very pleasant garden in which the barbecue is located, and next to it, a solarium area with a pair of black hammocks.

We are a couple of retired civil servants and their two children of full working age who make up a good team, willing to work so that all the people who come to our house can enjoy our town and rest.
We are at your disposal 24 hours a day. We can help you and inform you of everything to see.
What the owner pinpoints on the property
Our house was built in 1910 and we have rehabilitated it in 2022, we have tried to maintain the essence, preserving its galleries with glass of more than 150 years, its solid doors, and adding two bathrooms, expanding the kitchen with new furniture and appliances modern, and of course good heating, essential in our area so cold in winter.
The five bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows, most of them visco-elastic and some with springs to choose from. Up to 11 people can be accommodated and we have several cribs.
We have furnished the terrace with a table and chairs, adding two sun loungers with a small table and in the garden we have put artificial grass, a night table, 4 hammocks, a table and 10 chairs and a barbecue.
We love pets, so we encourage you to accompany you.
What to do in its surroundings?
It is a beautiful area in the old town, close to all the monuments and the numerous restaurants, where it is essential to taste the famous Arévalo suckling pig or tostón.
You can visit the tourist office, located less than 100 m away, and all the monuments described above.
Spending a summer day in the Adaja river is a pleasant option and walking through the Amaya pine forests, or riding a bike.
Very close, 26 km, from Arévalo we can go to Madrigal de las Altas Torres, birthplace of Isabel la Católica, 30 km from Medina del Campo with its La Mota castle, Olmedo with its Mudejar theme park with scale monuments or the Roman Villa of Almenara, and of course approaching the provincial capitals less than 100 km.
The house, at the moment, does not have a swimming pool, but you can go to the municipal ones of Arévalo, there are also heated ones.

- Numerous churches: Church of Santa María la Mayor (on our street and hence the name of our house), Church of Santo Domingo, Church of San Juan, Church of El Salvador and Church of San Miguel.
- Walk along the Arevalillo riverbed and the Adaja river along its pedestrian path, enjoying the landscape and its many bridges and the Mill. Both rivers join behind the castle continuing as a single river, the Adaja.
- La Lugareja hermitage.
