Casa rural Vista Blanca

Beautiful rural house located on a plot of 500 square meters, in the municipality of Cenes de la Vega, province of Granada. The house is located at a level of 5 meters higher than the road, protected by a stone wall.

With a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, the house is perfect for families with children or people with reduced mobility because there are no stairs inside. There are only stairs to go up from the garage or access the property from the street. The decoration has been very careful and always seeking the greatest comfort. Behind the walls, we will find:

• A very spacious living room with its fireplace. The living room is accessed through a sliding door from the hall or entrance hall. But in addition, it also communicates with the kitchen through another door. There are 2 3-seater sofas. The TV is on the wall. It also has a large table and 10 chairs. In the corner there is a floor lamp.

• The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The kitchen is very spacious and has 2 clearly differentiated spaces. The first is the kitchen itself, with dishwasher and microwave. All small appliances are also at your disposal, such as coffee makers of various kinds, toaster or juicer for breakfast. At the other end there is a large wooden window with a semicircular arch. 

• The 4 bedrooms of the house are very luminous and the furniture is of excellent quality. There is oil heating in all rooms and air conditioning in the hallway leading to the rooms and in the living room. The largest bedroom has 3 single beds and its own bathroom and the other 3 rooms have double bed. The furniture is made of wood and all the windows face the garden.

• The house has 4 bathrooms, one inside the triple bedroom, the main one accessed from this same hall. This bathroom has a round bathtub and a Murano glass mirror over the sink. The third bathroom with a shower, next to the porch where the washing machine and cleaning supplies are located.

As for the exterior of the house, we have a garden of 70 square meters with fruit trees: pear trees, fig trees, lemon trees and mandarin trees among other things. The garden serves to isolate the pool from the outside and give it more privacy. The pool is perfect for you to rest in the sun and in good weather during the summer months in which it is in operation. There is a room with the purifier and an outside bathroom with a shower. The porch is located next to the pool and very close to the kitchen. It has its outdoor furniture and a barbecue and Moorish oven. It is the ideal place to eat in summer because it is cool and has a water spray to cool you down even more.

We also have a children's play area and a garage with enough space for 2/3 cars.

The surroundings of our house are a quiet and privileged place. Rural tourism can be very versatile and you can visit a large number of places of interest or do different activities. We are very close to the capital of Granada and right at the foot of the Sierra Nevada. Therefore, the places that we recommend you visit if you come to stay at this house are:

• The wonderful Sierra Nevada and the landscapes it gives us. You can go up at any time of the year, because the truth is, we couldn't tell you when it is most beautiful. You can do trails surrounded by nature, mountain sports or in season go to the ski resort.

• On the other hand, we have our beloved Granada, where just walking through its streets is already great. If you come, you cannot miss visiting the Alhambra or going up to the Mirador de San Nicolás where you will be amazed by the panoramic views it offers.
