Casa rural Vista Blanca

Beautiful rural house located on a plot of 500 square meters, in the municipality of Cenes de la Vega, province of Granada. The house is at a level 5 meters higher than that of the road, protected by a stone wall.
With a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 9 people, the house is perfect for families with children or people with reduced mobility because it has no stairs. The decoration has been very careful and always looking for the greatest comfort. After the walls, we will find:

• A very spacious room with its fireplace. The living room is accessed by a sliding door from the entrance hall or distributor. But also, it also communicates with the kitchen through another door. The TV is on the wall and under it on a wooden cabinet on DVD.

• The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The kitchen is very spacious and has 2 clearly differentiated spaces. The first is the kitchen itself, with dishwasher and microwave. All small appliances are also at your disposal, such as a coffee machine, toaster or juicer for breakfast. At the other end there is a large wooden window and half a point. There is a laundry room where the washing machine and the cleaning items are located.

• The 4 bedrooms of the apartment are very bright and the furniture is of excellent quality. There is heating in all rooms and air conditioning in the hallway that leads to the rooms and in the lounge. The largest bedroom has 3 single beds and a bathroom and the other 3 rooms have double bed. The furniture is made of wood and all the windows face the garden.

• The house has 2 bathrooms, one inside the triple bedroom and the other which is accessed from this same hall distributor. This bathroom has a round bathtub and a Murano glass mirror over the sink. We offer an assortment of blankets, sheets, towels and duvets for tenants to use during their stay.

As for the exterior of the house, we have a garden of 70 square meters with cherry, pear and mandarin among other things. The pool is perfect for you to rest in the sun and with good weather during the summer months in which it is in operation. There is a room with the purifier and a external bathroom with shower. The porch is located next to the pool and very close to the kitchen. It has its outdoor furniture and a barbecue and moruno oven.
We also have a playground for children and a garage with enough space for 2 cars.

The environment of our house is a quiet and privileged place. Rural tourism can be very versatile and you can visit a large number of places of interest or do different activities. We are very close to Granada capital and right at the foot of Sierra Nevada. Therefore, the places we recommend you visit if you come to stay at this house are:

• The wonderful Sierra Nevada and the landscapes it gives us. You can go up at any time of the year, because the truth, we would not know when to tell you when it's prettier. You can make trails surrounded by nature, mountain sports or in season go to the ski resort.

• On the other hand, we have our beloved Granada, in which just walking through its streets is great. If you come, you can not miss the Alhambra or climb the Mirador de San Nicolás in which you will be amazed by the panorama it offers.
