Casa Rural Vía Verde del Tajuña

The rural house is located in Perales de Tajuña, a municipality located southeast of Madrid.

It is a perfect place to spend a few days at Christmas and to go on vacation in summer, Easter or a bridge. Any time is ideal to enjoy this cozy accommodation.

It has 6 double rooms, all with integrated bathroom, so the capacity reaches 12 people. Of these rooms 2 have a double bed and the other 4 with single beds. However, guests who wish may have extra beds.

Each of the rooms has a different decoration, although all have a classic style and sober a while rustic, and have received the name of some place of Perales, as "The Risco de las Cuevas", the "Abrevadero del Prado" "or the" Fuente de la Matagacha ".

The house is equipped with a very large living room with fireplace and TV. To one of its sides is the dining room, with an elegant table and a fantastic tableware to enjoy the most of the meals and dinners. On the other side, there are the access doors to the terrace.

It also has kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare your meals without leaving home.

This accommodation can also be used as meeting center of companies or for different meetings, because for this we have a room with great capacity that can be used at your whim.

The terrace has wicker furniture and the part of the garden near the pool t has a nice table and white chairs, all collected in a beautiful setting that has been decorated with exterior objects typical of the area. This pleasant outdoor space, with lawn throughout the area, is surrounded by trees and mountains, which makes it a unique place to relax and unwind.

The rural house is located less than one kilometer from the Madrid city of Perales de Tajuña, southeast of the capital.

Among the curious and beautiful places that the municipality has, mention should be made of Tears of San Pedro, a geological formation based on limestone cascades, and the Fountain of the Mariblanca, a Baroque construction of the year 1974, the oldest of Perales.

Among the natural sites located in the vicinity of the town, it is worth visiting the Risco de las Cuevas, a set of 50 caves excavated in the Neolithic period, and the Prado de Arriba, pradera where the birth takes place Arroyo de la Vega.
