Rural house within a complex of 3 homes that are located inGüevéjar, 8 km from Granada and has enough space to have a pleasant stay.

Spread over 2 floors, you have the following services on the ground floor:

• A kitchen that we present to you fully equipped with appliances and with a small table inside so that you can eat there directly when you cook. It is completely independent from the living room but there is an American kitchen style window that joins these two rooms. 

• The living room is quite spacious and in addition to having the wooden dining table, it has a chaise longue that is located in front of a large piece of furniture where there are decorations and a television. 

From this floor we can directly access a very bright patio that has terrace furniture and where you can enjoy pleasant meals thanks to the barbecue that we have. 

The house has 3 double bedrooms that are on the upper floor: 

• 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a decoration in pink and white tones that has a very romantic air. 

• A bedroom with a double bed, also with careful decoration, one in green tones and the other in orange tones. 

In all the bedrooms the services are the same, large closets to put your clothes during your stay, bedside tables, lots of light and of course the beds already prepared with sheets and blankets so that you don't miss anything. 

We also have 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink and a toilet also equipped with the necessary things. There are always clean sets of towels at your disposal for each of the guests. 

As a detail, highlight the presence of a common area for all the houses we have. It is a games room with billiards, table tennis and table football where you can spend pleasant moments with your family or friends. This house shares the play area with another house.

There is a large meeting room offered when at least two houses are rented.

Parties or music are not allowed since we have neighbors.

80 meters away is the swimming pool, which will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from May 1 to October 15.

The surroundings of our house could not be more enviable. Just 6 kilometers from the historic center of Granada, you can get lost in one of the wonders of the world such as The Alhambra. Made up of several gardens, palaces and a fortress, visiting this monument is dedicating an entire day to what was the Nasrid Kingdom. We recommend a walk through the Alcazaba or the Patio of the Lions. You will be able to discover a city treasure within walls that keep a lot of history and many treasures. Water becomes another element throughout the route and you can see it in its fountains that adorn the most beautiful patios such as El Partal or the Generalife gardens.

Getting lost in the streets of Granada means also visiting the Royal Chapel where the Catholic Monarchs, Juana la Loca and Felipe el Hermoso are buried. It is another of the most visited places in the capital and along its route you can learn a lot about the history of Spain. 

Visiting Sierra Nevada can be the best plan if you come during the cold and snowy season. It was declared a National Park due to the large number of important characteristics it has regarding its nature and landscape. It has the highest ski slope in all of Spain.
