This rural house for full rental is located in the small town of Navarra of Villanueva de Arce.

It is a ecological house, aware of the care of the environment and great for families.

It is built on 2 floors and there is space to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. It has a great capacity since, in the interior is distributed 2 bedrooms and 2 extra beds for the little ones, .

Both rooms are on the X One of them is quite wide and perfect for rest and the other with 2 single beds together. In addition, they have wardrobe, good lighting and views.

In the plant are the common areas, all of them attic. There is the kitchen, extensively equipped with all kinds of appliances. From fridge or microwave to washing machine or dishwasher, among many other utensils.

It is next to the dining area and the living room space. There is a fireplace, satellite television with DVD and stereo. In addition, from here you will be able to access a balcony from which to observe the forest that surrounds us and the town.

Also on this floor is the bathroom, that intersperses the rural and modern style. There we will leave you the towels.

We are part of a rural complex that is composed of other 2 rural accommodations. One of them with 3 double rooms that are rented independently and another with room for 4 people.

Our rural accommodation belongs to the municipality of Arce, which is made up of 24 locations. Most of them are uninhabited and the other have very little population.

We belong to Villanueva de Arce, with about 30 inhabitants and a lot of tranquility. We are also surrounded by a forest where you will find many beech and waterfalls, as well as paths to travel. This has allowed us, together with the houses, to create our own garden.

We are less than 1 hour's drive from Pamplona, so you will be able to enjoy the tranquility and at the same time easily access to such wonderful places.
