Located in the urban area of Montan, a small village inside Castellón, this country house is the ideal place to escape the fuss and the problems of the city and take refuge in the peace and tranquility of the countryside.

- 5 bedrooms, 2 of them located on the first floor and furnished with a double bed, another with single bed and trundle bed and the other 2 with bunk beds of 3 heights, the favorite of children. In addition, the house consists of 2 poufs-extra bed, and 4 double sofa-beds.
- 2 bathrooms complete, one located on the first floor and the other on the second, and a small toilet on the ground floor.
- Una game room consisting of foosball, scalextric and an old arcade machine for both children and adults to enjoy.
- A lounge that has a fireplace open in front of which rest quietly in front of the television after a day of excursions.

Montan is a Spanish town of about 400 inhabitants located in the province of Castellón. It is a medieval city built around a castle of which currently only the ruins of the walls are preserved, but which played an important role during the Carlist wars. In this city you can also see important monuments such as the church of San Bernardo, a building of a single nave that was built in the eighteenth century.
Near this town is the Rio Mijares. It is born in the Sierra de Gúdar, in Teruel, and empties into Castellón. Much of its course is done in a high-walled canyon from which you can see its blue waters. Among the excursions that can be done in this area is Arenoso Reservoir, on the border of Castellón with Teruel.
Another route in the area is the Pozo de las Palomas, a circular road of 5 kilometers in length and 190 meters of slope that is adapted for all ages. The route starts from Las Parras de Martín and reaches the backwater of the river known as the Pozo de las Palomas, which has a waterfall that is accessed through several hanging walkways.
